Pagination: Small roman numerals for sections before first chapter (i, ii, iii…)
Hindu-Arabic numerals from first chapter to the last page (1, 2…)
Invisible page numbers – Title page and first page of each chapter
Thesis Title: Bold, all caps, center aligned, inverted pyramid
Chapter Number: Normal, all caps, center aligned, Hindu-Arabic numerals
Chapter Title: Bold, all caps, center aligned
Section Heading: Bold, title caps (capitalize first letter of each word except for linking verbs and prepositions), left aligned
Level 2 Heading: Indented, bold, lowercase heading with a period.
Level 3 Heading: Indented, bold, italicized, lowercase heading with a period
Level 4 Heading: Indented, italicized, lowercase heading with a period.
Body of text: Indented, left aligned
Table title: Left aligned, single space, on top of table
